Was part of a team shooting Brazilica, our main focus being the preparation and the behind the scenes stuff that goes on to put on such an event. ┬áHere are a few shots of the dancers and musicians getting ready just before the start – including the much needed dutch courage!

Brazilica 2012 - Brazilica is the UK's biggest Samba Carnival and takes place in the heart of Liverpool City Centre. The majority of these images are of the preparations just before the parade begins. (Martin Waters)
